A continuous open plan forms the foundation of the interior, where custom-made elements subtly define different living areas while maintaining a strong visual connection throughout the space. Natural materials, soft textures and a 34-meter glass façade allow the surrounding fields to become an integral part of the interior atmosphere. The result is a calm and timeless living environment where architecture, interior and landscape are closely intertwined.

Set within a former industrial flax warehouse in Kortrijk, this loft was reimagined as a warm and contemporary living space. The project balances the raw character of the existing structure with a refined and tactile material palette.

In this ambiance, the essence lies in crafting an atmosphere where intimate togetherness exudes style. The custom-made ceramic tiles, ornamental shaping of the sliding door and curved ceiling contributes to a high-end timeless design.

Nieuwpoort, BE
The design focuses on shared moments with family and friends, while maintaining privacy for each generation. A warm palette of ash parquet, rough muschelkalk stone, Terra Sapele wood and stainless steel creates a refined balance between softness and strength, subtly reflecting the textures of the sea and harbour surroundings.
Located along the fairway in Nieuwpoort, this apartment enjoys a unique position overlooking the harbour landscape. Purchased through a developer, the owners approached us to transform the standard layout into a more personal and timeless living environment.
